How to Sign In to My SportsEngine Account

Option 1: SportsEngine Sign In Screen

  1. Click HERE  to be redirected to the sign in screen. 
    • You will be redirected to sportsengine.com if you are already signed in to your account.
  2. Enter your email address and click Next
  3. Enter your password and click Sign In.
    • If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot to reset.

Option 2: SportsEngine Website

  1. Navigate to your organization’s SportsEngine website, or go to sportsengine.com.
  2. In the top right-hand corner of the screen, click Sign In.
  3. Enter your email address and click Next
  4. Enter your password and click Sign In.
    • If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot to reset.

How to Update Profile Information

  1. Sign in and go to the Household tab of your user dashboard.
  2. Click on the profile that you want to update.
  3. To the right of Profile Information, click the Pencil Icon to edit. 
  4. In the relevant field(s), input or change all of your updated information.
  5. Scroll down and click Save.
    • NOTE: Messages from teams or groups are sent to both the registered athlete's profile email address and the account owners primary email address. 

How to Change My Sign In/Primary Email Address

NOTE: Changing your login email is different than adding a email to your profile. If you want to add an email to receive further notifications from organizations, click HERE.

  • If you receive an error message during this process that means your secondary email address is already in use. You can not have two SportsEngine accounts with the same email address (primary or secondary).
  • If you get this error and would like to merge your two accounts together, please email accounthelp@sportsengine.com. 
  1. Sign in and go to your Settings tab of your user dashboard.
  2. In the top-right corner, click Add Email Address.
  3. Enter the new email address and click Add Email Address.
    • NOTE: If you receive an error message that means your secondary email address is already in use. You can not have two SportsEngine accounts with the same email address (primary or secondary).
  4. Navigate to your email's inbox.
  5. In your inbox, open the "Verify Email" to verify your email address.
  6. Once you have verified your secondary email address, return to your Settings tab of your user dashboard. 
  7. Click the Make Primary button next to your new email address.
